The MAMUD project is a joint effort involving 11 researchers, active in four university labs and two research centres. Project coordination is done by the Cartography and GIS Research Unit (CGIS) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Funds were made available by Belgian Science Policy's STEREO programme (Project SR/00/105).
